Working with you we firstly identify your training needs and desired outcomes before custom designing a programme to suit your company ethos and the experience of your delegates. The process is simple

Step 1

Get in touch. An Account Manager will visit you in your workplace to discuss your requirements, understand your company culture and help you select a programme.

Step 2

We design your event programme to match your requirements subject to your approval.

Step 3

We organise your event making all necessary arrangements including booking, accommodation, transport and catering as requested.

Step 4

The event. Your programme leader and facilitators welcome your team, break the ice, achieve your goals and celebrate their success together.

Step 5

We review outcomes with you and if required consider future team development activities.

Jeremy Witcher – Director

Jeremy Witcher is the co-founder of Teambuilder-hr. He lives near Varazdin where he and his wife also run a successful training and expeditions company bringing schools to Croatia from the UK and Middle East. Croatia is a popular destination not just for students and holiday makers but increasingly for international companies looking to locate their corporate training and conferences in beautiful, inspiring surroundings, where travel connections are good and value for money is guaranteed. Teambuilder is our response to demands from friends and work colleagues both here and abroad to share with them our passion for Croatia and our many years’ experience of leading successful organisations and businesses around the world.

Jeremy learned his team building craft over 20 years in the British Army on active duty in Northern Ireland and in Germany, Hong Kong as well as the UK. He also led international canoeing expeditions to Borneo and the Yukon in Canada as well as other destinations across Europe. During this time he witnessed on many occasions that we can indeed move mountains and overcome obstacles and dangers with the right motivational and personal skills training.

After leaving the Army Jeremy continued to lead from the front as a successful entrepreneur and business director in both family start-up companies and large corporations. He has first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing Croatian businesses from regulation and competition as they navigate around EU membership and trade globalisation. Often they will struggle to compete unless they invest in training of their staff in modern working practices and vital team skills. Jeremy’s training programmes and exercises, developed over many years are now available in Croatia to give Teambuilder-hr clients a head start.

Mario Musulin - Leader

I have been a sports climber, caver and alpinist, guide and instructor since 2007. I have participated in climbing expeditions to Norway (Troll wall) and Canada – Mackenzie Mountains (Cirque of Unclimbables). I have climbed in the Slovenian Alps, Dolomites, Austria, Switzerland, France and South Korea. I have rock climbed up to a height of 750 metres, technical grade 7c as well as up to 500 metres, WI5+ graded difficulty in winter conditions. I have also participated in several caving expeditions and in 2010 stood on the floor of the deepest cave in Croatia, Lukina jama at a depth of 1355 meters.

In 2009 I became a member of Croatian Mountain Rescue Service. Since 2011 I have been a licensed rescuer in caves and rocky and winter conditions as well as for rescuing in wild waters and by helicopter.

In 2014 I started to compete in the Croatian-Slovenian open championship in ice climbing when in finished in 5th place. In 2015 I was state champion and 2016 vice state champion. I also compete in World championship and World cup in ice climbing.

In my free time I enjoy skiing and mountain running.
